Experience Profile : Mining Geologist should be from a reputed Mining company / any Government organization handling Mine Exploration for Coal, geological mapping, geological modeling, evaluation of reserves, Technical report writing, liaison with Govt Depts and having knowledge in mine planning and Operation is desirable.Should have 15 experience in exploration of coal by Drilling of Check Boreholes in Mines, Coal Reserve /Resource estimate, coal quality and mineability study, executing & managing all field related activities like Geological Mapping, Rock & Soil Geochemical Sampling, Putting Drilling Targets, Core Orientation, logging, Supervising Sample Preparation, QA/QC of Assay, etc in Greenfield Areas, integrating and interpreting exploration data using Geological/GIS software, monitoring Hydrological condition of Aquifers & Meteorological data, Planning of Groundwater control Bore wells in Mining Area. |

Experience Profile : "Minimum 10 years work experience in opencast coal / lignite/ metal mines, must have knowledge and proficiency in the use of total station,ETS,EDM GPS, GIS and any mining softwares like Data-mine, Surpac, Minex, etc. and in-depth knowledge of auto-card,experience of conducting surveys, levellings and preparation of mine plans, sections and tracings thereof as per the statutory requirements applicable to the coal mines in India. Muat have thorough knowledge of the provisions of Coal Mines Regulations- 1957 and other statutes in connection with survey and other related aspects - to be complied by a surveyor,maintaining proper information security,ensuring proper upkeep of soft and hard copies of plans, sections,records etc, Implementing corporate strategies, policies and systems in all the activities,mapping business requirements while planning the mine from exploration to exploitation, maintaining co-ordination with all departments,facilitating the agency engaged for exploration for carrying out the detailed survey and prospecting,leading role in planning team to make an effective plan i.e. time scheduling, production plan, advancement of benching in right direction,etc.Should have experience in preparation of mining plan, mining scheme and monitoring of pit bottom progress, Liaisoning with govt. officers like as SPCBs., State district Mining Depts., Revenue Depts., & district headquarters offices,Preparation all types of plans for mining lease application and Forest Diversion Proposal and digitalization of all types of maps and plans ( Cadastral & Topo sheet ) and geological reserves calculation and Survey assistance for geological modeling, bore hole marking, digitalization of plan for reserves estimation of minerals & its stripping ratio, Cadastral plan for land acquisition,etc " |
