- Qualifications : – Officers of the Central Govt., Public Sector Undertaking and Statutory and Autonomous Bodies (i) holding equivalent post on regular basis or (ii) Officers in selection Grade with four yearsof regular service in that grade or (iii) Group ‘ A’ officers having 17 yrs of regular service in Group ‘ A’ of which at least 4 yrs of regular service shall be in the Selection Grade.
- Essential : A Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Commerce/ Engineering/ law/ Science/ humanities from a recognised university/institution or membership of the institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and possesing requisite experience in the relevant field.
