• Qualifications  :- Candidates should have 1st Class in MBA/ PG Degree/Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management with 60% aggregate marks of all years/ semesters (55% for SC/ST candidates) from reputed institutes. The incumbent will be required to deal with all personnel matters of the office including recruitment process and carry out industrial relations functions and maintain liaison with Labour Department and District Authorities and advise the Management in matters concerning labour laws and industrial relations. Candidates with Degree in Law will be preferred
